we ate at this restaurant nearly every other day for our 2 week stay. the owner was a great host very friendly lovely person the meals and service was excelent would recomend to any going to Naxos.
The food here is excellent, especially the pasta dishes. The prices are fair, and much more customer friendly than most restaurants in Naxos. This is mine and my Fiance’s favourite restaurant on the island (and we live here).
Three or four years ago I was introduced to Naxos by a friend and was recommended to try the food at the Amore Mio Taverna. This was excellent advice as, having tried the food at various hotels in the resort over my three return visits, I am always drawn back to Naxos time and again. This is certainly not because the other eating places are bad (far from it : they are excellent too), it’s more that the food at the Amore Mio is very traditionally prepared and honest. You get lovely selection of Italian meat dishes, stews, fresh fish dishes, pastas and salads and, like most of the local restuarants, great home made wine.
